A big favorite of mine, I got this boot in a trade many years ago. It’s an audience capture of a show in Seattle on 3-21-75. The taper used a HQ mono mic of excellent quality, this show is available many forms considered one of the best of ’75 tour. This version for whatever reason starts at Kashmir and goes through the rest of the show, 10 tracks total. I like it for two reasons – 1- I’m not always in the mood for or have the time for a 3-hour show listen. 2- I saw them that year at MSG (Flying Circus boot) and this Seattle tape really captures the feeling of what it was like to see these guys. Concerts were still a decade and a half away from becoming corporate, when you were at a show you knew you were in the presence of something very special, like a comet that comes around only so often….The Horror!!
