REVISITING M NIGHT SHYAMALAN’S ‘LADY IN THE WATER’ – IS IT STILL THE SAME PIECE OF HORROR?

The Sheer Horror – wish the movie was as good as this pic is,
decided to revisit this one as I only saw it once when it
came out in ’06 and perspectives can change over time,
maybe it wasn’t such a lemon after-all? Sorry to say
that’s a no go, this movie is still the same piece of
well you know. There’s so much wrong with this flick
I wouldn’t even know where to begin, it’s like there
was a curse over this whole project, sheesh. Let’s
get it over with, using my Palm Springs Rating
System Lady In The Water receives the Limp
Dick Palm Tree Award, a special honor here.

Lady in the Water Movie Review (2006) | Roger Ebert

The key to deciphering M. Night Shyamalan’s fractured fairy tale, “Lady in the Water,” is to remember that it is rooted in the mythology of Stephen Colbert and “The Colbert Report.”
